Pulsar Points
Pulsar Points
Nordost Pulsar Points are resonance and vibration control devices developed by the Nordost design group. Each Pulsar Point consists of an upward facing cone which is recessed into the top of a hemisphere. On this sits a short cylinder of the same type of metal (either aluminum or titanium), with a conical recess on the bottom and a threaded hole to allow either a 6 or 8mm threaded rod to replace speaker spikes; it is stabilizes to a single contact point as soon as weight is placed on it. The device and design is patent pending.
"I really like the way Pulsar Points sound in my system. They impart a sense of dynamics and drive to the system that other feet don’t"
Doug Blackburn, www.soundstage.com
"And in not one of those systems did the Pulsar Points fail to deliver a worthwhile benefit. In fact, they bowled over even the most skeptical listeners...."
Roy Gregory, Hi-Fi+ Issue 2
"In each case, the Pulsar Points added a previously un-hinted at measure of control and precision, and more tightly focused imagery."
Alvin Gold, Hi-Fi News & Record Review
